1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 45phspin platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 45phspin Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

4. Account Security

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 45phspin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.

45phspin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence or failure to secure your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 45phspin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 45phspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. No other payment methods are accepted.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
